The health crisis linked to the coronavirus (covid-19) pandemic in the DRC has had a real impact on economic activity in general and the financial sector in particular. And the impacts are being felt in all financial institutions. In this context, it is imperative to put in place appropriate strategies for crisis management.

As a major player in the Congolese financial sector, the FPM ASBL, through its technical assistance program, wishes to support financial institutions in their response to the health crisis (covid-19), which may persist over time. To this end, it provides the sector with an adapted training program, which focuses on themes relating to the management of the effects of the covid-19 health crisis.

This training program is designed to enable the teams of financial institutions to access distance learning with peace of mind, via quality technical support, in accordance with best practices.

Moreover, this training is entirely offered, and thus 100% taken in charge by the FPM ASBL. To this end, financial institutions are asked to register as soon as possible the candidates who will take part in it. Please also note that places are limited, so preference will be given to the candidates who subscribe first.
