The FPM ASBL launches a Call for Expression of Interest in the framework of the design of a multimedia campaign that will raise awareness of the target population to financial education and the growth of the use of digital means of payment.
It will develop and strengthen the image of digital financial services, and increase the engagement of target audiences in the use of financial and banking services.
The firm must have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the development, implementation and monitoring of traditional and digital communication campaigns as well as in the management of consulting projects in this field.
The aligned expert(s) must possess the following qualities :
- Proven experience in developing communication strategies (in the banking industry is a major asset) ;
- Practical experience in business and marketing issues;
- Good writing skills;
- Knowledge of the market and financial environment in developing countries;
- Knowledge of the DRC market and financial environment is desirable.
